How do I refer a patient?

Referring your patient is simple. You can complete one of our secure online referral forms via our website: {insert link to refferal form}
Alternatively, you can email us at referrals@oxfordhousedental.co.uk for Oxford House or post your referral to:
Oxford House Dental Practice, Aylesbury Street, Fenny Stratford, Milton Keynes, MK2 2BA.

Once we receive your referral, we aim to contact your patient within 24 hours to arrange an appointment. We’ll also confirm their booking with you, so you’re kept in the loop every step of the way. Our team ensures your patient feels welcome and well-informed before their visit.

You can choose how you’d like to receive scan files. We offer the following options:
  • USB drive (available for an additional £15)
  • Dropbox link (secure cloud folder)
  • Planmeca Romexis Cloud sharing, if you have access
Let us know your preferred method when submitting the referral form.
No. We do not discuss treatment plans or outcomes unless you have requested us to. For diagnostic services like CBCT or OPG, we simply complete the scan and return the results to you for review. Your patient remains under your care unless otherwise arranged.
